How we work
Simple steps from first contact through to completion and aftercare.
Step 1
Enquiry & details
Send details and photos where possible. We’ll ask a few quick questions to understand requirements.
Step 2
Site visit and meeting
One of our team members will visit your site or home take a walk around and confirm with you what you are hoping for from the service.
Step 3
Quote
Once we are back in the office we will create a quote based on what we learned in the meeting and site visit.
Step 4
Work begins
Once the quote has been accepted we will begin our work on the premises.
Step 5
Work is completed
Once the work is complete we will have a final meeting to confirm that we have achieved everything and if any other work is required.
Step 6
Sign off
Everything is now signed off and we can hand over the certificates and all other information.
